Looking for different suggestions on Bow/Bow NB builds, preferably both PVP and PVE versions.
Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. Play as well as you can but never betray the character. Doing so would make playing an mmoRPG pointless.
Even if you’re planning on using all bow abilities for damage you’re better off with a 2H or DW on your back bar for some of the healing or buff abilities.
Looking for any guildies I used to play with:
Havoc Warhammer - Alair
LoC EQ2 - Mayi and Iskiab
PRX and Tabula Rasa - Rift - Iskiab
Or anyone else I used to play games with in guilds I’ve forgotten

Then give me a PVE suggestion.

Relentless focus - it's a big one to add to your spammable bar, you're really going to have to weave light attacks anyway to keep up hawk eye stacks for a big damage buff, and assassin's will is a decent instant chunk of ranged damage on each 5th light attack
Killers blade - good option when you can get close to the enemy during execute
Incapacitating strike - good for resource return on light attacks for the front bar, extra passive crit, extra active 20% buff to damage when you use it. I think it's most effective to use if you can be in melee range during execute, just before unloading several killers blades in a row. Without that combo Nightblade isn't anywhere close to doing as much damage as other classes.
Dark Shade- deals decent enough damage from range and it's a good way to save your stamina by expending magic for DPS instead. Also it helps you become tankier with the Shadow mitigation passive and applying minor maim to enemies, I usually place it on back bar
Mirage - let's face it, you're going to have more room on the bars on a bow build. It's like 50% spammable these days now that dots are weak, might as well get more passive crit and gain the hemorrhage passive while on the back bar, and this gives you plenty more mitigation at the cost of magic rather than stamina if you activate it.
Power extraction - it's your way to gain major brutality if you don't want to use expensive potions, the bow skill line certainly doesn't offer major brutality, and it's yet another tanky skill that debuffs enemy damage output.
Leeching strikes. Probably good resource regen for Orc/Dunmer/Cat/Nord/magic race players, my Bosmer has no need of it, and I don't suppose Redguard would either
