Anyway to fix ping?

Anyway to fix ping?... it randomly jumps from 100 to 400 to 999 sometimes.

There are several steps:
- check if you have any other apps running in the background, or Windows update
- disable your addons, especially MM
- reset your router
- check latency towards other sites in Germany or US
Check if things improved. If they didn't, it's probably server related and you can't do anything.

When I had 50mb/s internet speed I used to hover from 110 to 140. After upgrading to fiber optics 500mb/s I typically stay at 90 now and spike a lot less often.

Well I have that, my latency is 80-100 ms, but I do get those 999 spikes from time to time. It seems to occur less often post Harrowstorm, but before that it was horrible at 9-10 PM. I was sitting in Craglorn, far from Belkarth, doing literally nothing, and my ping was jumping like crazy.

That's the only one that's true. Ping is a measure of the internet connection, and things happening in the client or the server don't affect it at all. Resetting your router drops any information it has about a shorter route to the server, and makes it start looking for one again. Some addons, like MM, contribute to server lag, and windows applications running in parallel with the ESO client can cause local issues so they're still worth checking. However, they'll improve something other than the ping number.
