    I also like costumes, hairstyles and personalities, but I can use pets as furniture in my homes and it's useful for me.
    I never use skins and I rarely use hats or mementos.

    How about ‘choose a mount from the Crown Store’

    Would be highly popular and everyone would get something they wanted.

    And it will take you 10 years to grind enough tokens/tickets to get one.

    No way a crown store mount is worth a couple a minutes each day for a week to get tickets.

    Anything that isn't duplicitously presented as an "event reward" when in reality earning them is tied to RNG that forces a huge chunk of the player base into the cash shop to buy it with real world money.

    the only one that i don't personaly care for as much - are skins and hats. (or at least the kind of hats that obscure character design, I do love me wreaths and such, that keep hairstyles intact and faces uncovered)

    everything else is equally welcome in my book.

    The only reason I don't buy loot boxes is because I can't turn EVERYTHING into gems.

    Why do they force me to have things that I don't want?

    This one made me laugh because I wondered if folks were as disappointed by mementos as I was.

    Got my little pink tickets together. Thought I was going to get a grave stake. Instead I get to see my character looking at the grave stake they didn't give me :p

    And they plucked it right out of the game....

    Most skins and pets ZoS gives us these days are way too flashy and unfitting to Elder Scrolls to my taste, and mementos are in general horrible (emotes are better).

    So I'd go for costumes, hairstyles, hats, adornments and personalities. There are still personality-ish behavior on npcs we don't have like wounded, old, shy etc I would love to have. Nice and subtle ones.

    I pick skins, that's what I get "excited" for if I feel inclined to buy crates (other than a new wolf mount)

    I do wish though that tattoos and markings were more easily accessible to show off without very specific motifs or just shirtless. some really bad ass designs out there that you can't see

    Skins like Crystalfrost, or some unique costume which also dyes better than a wooden plank. And a new non-plastic looking hairstyle would be welcome, even for crowns.
