on xbox eu since 2 hours, gameplay ok, also loadingscreens. Doing summerset daily delves, 6 toons so far.

Although eso has its issues, this seems to be a different issue (provider maintainance?). I use unitymedia in Karlsruhe.

sidenote: I can highly recommend to move the game to an external SSD. On my One S this lead to massively shorter loadingscreens. Almost never again "this is an unusual long load time", and never again black silhouette players. Game looks more detailed too, as the final textures are loaded instantly instead of low-res preload-textures.

Even Alinor no longer has broken textures on EU, just on NA now and then, here the long distance still has impact.
