Im stuck with 3 sacraments undone, the ones i do every day now are only a repetition of those already done.

Is there a trick how to get the 3 sacraments i still need? Can they be shared, although being required to enter alone?

    They cannot be shared.

I did them daily for about 2 months before I got the last two I needed.

I note that the people of Tamriel really hate bards and they show up in the sacraments often.

Does section under ESO DARK BROTHERHOOD SACRAMENT help at all?

No clue, have to look at it a second or third time. Thx thou. :D

Each target lives in a certain location, like Smuggler's Den or Trader's Cove. If you know which location(s) your needed targets are in, you can check the website to see when a location you need is up.

The website lists which targets are in the location for the day, too.

Wait. So i dont need to have the target as primary or secondary target of the day? Just kill it anyway? :o

No, they have to be a named target for the day. I had the same idea once, but the guy just showed up as a generic bard or whatever he was.

Been a long time since I did these, but no I don't believe it works that way. For example if it's 'Smuggler's Den' you could get target A and target B or you could target C and target D. So if it were the latter pair and you need target A, it will not be in there if the instance / quest is for C and D.

I felt like it was on a cycle and different every day. And if you miss the day you’re kind of sol and have to wait for it to come back around again. It still took a few weeks of doing them religiously every day to get them all.

Even if your gonna screw up the perfect run, make sure to kill both targets. It majorly blows to still be missing that one and have to wait for it to come back around again.

And of course, I could be completely wrong and they’re all just random.

Yea, it takes a lot of attempts to get all of them done. I have heard that this resets twice a day. I do not recall the times stated and never really tested it when I was working on this achievement.

I have lots of alts I would love to have the Shadow Rider passive, but don't want to be contract killers or go through the DB Grind.

I do believe the targets change every 12 hours not 24. If you can, check in early for the sacrament, if it's not the one you need, don't pick it up and come back later and check again.

I have two left on my list. Been like that since 2019. I can't be fudged finishing it really. I now go randomly once a week or something to see if I pick it up, but my gaming schedule doesn't include retrying every 12 hours (big lol).

Yeah, the idea with the website is that if you know your target lives in the Smuggler's Den, you can skip any day that isn't the Smuggler's Den.

I'm not sure the NPCs that are not the primary or secondary that day will show up or if they are replaced by another random NPC, but it should be easy to test.

What they were trying to say, I think, is that if all your targets are say, in the Sewer Tenement, you don't have to bother on days when that's not the location of the Sacrament, because you know you won't find your target.

RNG - stupid RNG. The secret weapon of bad game devs.

Yes, I hate RNG, and detest the amount we are forced to suffer in this game.

Anyway... You get one shot a day, or maybe 2 if that 12 hour cycle is true. Either way, it is gonna take a lot of grind or stupidly good luck. Most likely you will have to spend inordinate time logged on and repeating the same stupid nonsense for *** rewards. Fun, eh?

I tried something like 100 runs to get the last one to spawn. In the end I just gave up. It sat that way for couple of years. Last year, during the DB event, while doing the daily mission, I finally got the last one.

So yeah... luck or wasting more time than it's worth, those are your only options.

I'm still missing one target... I keep getting the same targets, over and over again and that doesn't make any sense since I already executed them... I got tired and just have that achievement on hold...

Why does this makes sense to you, @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_SarahHecker @ZOS_RichLambert ?! Targets killed/executed NEED to be excluded of the daily quest "pool" of possible targets.

Please, give us some feedback regarding this issue.

I believe so too, at least it worked like that for me. No RNG, just a cycle of a long list of quests.

When the DB dlc was released, I was able to do 3 or 4 black sacrament quests on the first day, with each quest giving different targets .. after that, each subsequent day, there were different targets again, never any repeats, & it stayed like that until the black sacrament was complete, which took only a matter of days.

I can only imagine that rng has been tinkered with since then, possibly for the purposes of ensuring longevity ... well, either that or the dev’s just enjoy making people suffer :#

Still don't have the achievement on my main, stopped after like 30 tries after the last target (and also did the events on top of that). Did DB after launch.

    I wish you good luck!
