Even if it exist, why would you want one? The 5 pieces bonus clearly says "with an equipped Destruction Staff". So running a resto staff would be totally useless.

I like to think that I had a part in this update since I filed a support ticket and complained very persistently when I received a 2H Mace of Destruction mastery as a weekly reward.

This. Yeah I had a Resto Staff of Destructive Mastery at one point but it was just wasted space.

I totally forgot that this set event existed.

For such an ostentatious name (and requiring an arena) it would be nice if it were actually powerful.

Seems like another set desperately in need of a re-imagining.

yeah the 5 piece is a bit weak.. maybe if it was 3000 like necropotence ..

It's just strange because Spider Cult has the Destruction Staff buff that this set ought to have (given its name) and this set is consigned to being a harder-to-farm bootleg version of Necropotence.

Which brings up the issue that probably all of the Weapon-buffing sets (Spider Cult, Light Speaker, Knight Errant, etc.) need massive upgrades since they are so crazily niche. Maybe something like 1000 Weapon and Spell Damage and even then they'd only be useful for niche PvP builds.
