There's just a different treshold based on what you're doing. If you're out of combat and just standing there doing nothing, you have to really try in order to trigger this by rapidly blocking for few seconds. If you're pvp'ing or pve'ing with lots of mobs or players on the screen and your client is under heavy load then bash weave, block cancel animations, break free and split second blocks - all those things have a high chance of booting you from the server without the need of spamming them.

What are you on about ? this is a known issue that started happening after Harrowstorm dropped, many people experience this and if 30 second is "long enough" for you then you are one impatient individual and i dont even want to know how you react when you get stuck in a loading screen for few minutes kek...
