I know it has a cooldown, but does anyone know how long the proc lasts for?

Ye I saw that too and got annoyed they didn't give proper info. It's 6 sec duration, 9 sec cooldown. Procs on ALL direct attacks, including aoe (target random mob in that case).PC, EU server, Ebonheart Pact
