My four man team, (ps4/Na) and I are working on currently on pure lunacy. The last trifecta before we move onto "Unchained". However, when we reach the percentage that the color boss spawns, there appears to be an unlabeled pad. (And by appears to be I mean the pad is in fact unlabeled and blinks in and out of existence) this pad will appear only in the first phase. All pads are visible if we were to have two color phases. So, mhk hm unlabeled pad is it *mechanic* or is it glitch?

✭It’s a visual glitch, you just have to be aware one of them will be invisible. So long as you’re in the right spot even though the pad is invis you’ll be fine. Geez my group encountered that bug back at release. Crazy it’s still around. Just goes to show you how little people push that achievement and how little ZOS cares.2
