Yep, same here. Also long character loading too. And a few crashes now too. I’ve seen NO benefit from U25, just new problems to deal with ...

So, let me add crashing to desktop when loading into a group dungeon with PUGs during Pledges. I’m beginning to need a bingo card to keep up with all the different ways U25 crashes the game. As bad as this is, I actually think the other issues I’ve experienced since the patch are worse. Skills not firing, roll/dodge failing, longer loading screens, longer character load, not being able to pickup loot, the chronically broken Group Finder, previously stable ping is now very erratic, graphics stuttering after mapping, the Murkmire Event (oops, snuck that one in), on and on ...

First day or two was lil faster, but now worse than before.

Mobs are still agroing through floors and walls and running straight through walls to attack.

FPS/PING are much better but skills are responding worse than ever, and ground cast abilities are positively sticky.

For giggles I thought I would check on some of the graphical glitches, and of course they are all still sitting pretty
(floating flower & spotlit stone in Crag; wall in a wall at Ors; don't get me started on Alinor, etc)

A lot longer, I play with on an SSD and they were never long before.
Looking for any guildies I used to play with:
    Havoc Warhammer - Alair
LoC EQ2 - Mayi and Iskiab
PRX and Tabula Rasa - Rift - Iskiab
Or anyone else I used to play games with in guilds I’ve forgotten

    In PCEU :

Shorter load screen, better ping, no more stuttering.
My PC is far from competitive, though, so, maybe I was particulary affected by the improvements.

There is no way I would know the actual time since I never timed it with a timer before update 25. But for me it does seem maybe a few seconds shorter like 5-7 sec but again that's not a 100% sure. So more or less I perceive it as though it's the same, I would of guessed ZOS would have made loading the game much faster so that we can actually "feel" the difference.

Definitely much longer loading screens, no matter what zone, and frequent crashes in pve - something I've never had before.

Not sure about loadscreens as I almost always alt-tab out of them - but I can confirm that performance has worsened overall, at least in terms of how long it takes to load objects and other characters when travelling by horse. (PCEU)
And before you ask, no it is not a disk read speed issue - I have ESO installed on a very fast NVMe SSD.

For example, port to Wayrest wayshrine and immediately ride to Bolgrul at the Undaunted Enclave (with maxed out horse + Rapids) - when I do that, it takes 20+ seconds for Bolgrul to actually become visible so I can talk to him.

Very much so. I log in on 9 different characters and they rarely take the same amount of time to load. Dungeons and trials take longer to load and dont get me started on Cyro. Me and my guildmates all have crashes we never had before every day and parsing on dummies is a joke with all the micro freezes and lack of abilities firing. its much worse of a game right now i keep waiting for them to submit an incremental patch.

PC, EU, at least... definitely longer loading times, plus..it would seem my ping is also a bit higher. Wonder how Cyro is after the update..

Yes. But I hate this patch so I may be biased.

For me YES I have noticed they are taking much longer. I watch my latency and have really good internet. I came here because I have been saying to myself for the past week "what is going on with load times. They are taking longer ??" I have even started to step away from the PC to do small tasks because I anticipate the load time taking 30 seconds.

loadscreens for me are about the same, but there is less post-lag freeze (PC/NA). That is, pre-patch, after a load screen, I'd have to stay still for about 30 seconds further, because the client would still be loading data (super low frame rate, high lag etc.). Post-patch, I can usually start moving right away.

I wasn't timing them before the patch they were already unusually long and they seem longer but like I said I have no metric other than opinion.

I have noticed that If I do anything like tab out to quickly check the weather or swap a music playlist etc whilst relogging or on a load screen it has a much higher chance of taking longer or crashing altogether than it used to.

I have also noticed the crash logger popping up more than it used to on crashing.

And when logging off it crashes more than not since the update which scares me because sometimes a crash on log out causes the dreaded you are already logged in bug up to a day later when trying to get back in.

Pretty much the same for me, which is likely to be a function of satellite internet instead of anything with the game.

I have notices longer load screens. But, no sense complaining about it. ZOS will not do anything about it. Load screens have plagued their game for years.

Mine were long before the patch and they're still very long. Also I frequently have to log out of the game to switch characters.

Load screens have been all over the place for me. Very inconsistent compared to what they were before the update. Some are impressively short but many have been very long.

Yes, post patch my loading times are a lot longer than before. Granted, there's not so many black silhouettes and stuff once it's loaded but with the way longer load times, that's a wash at best, not any kind of improvement.

Can't nail it down, but for me loading screens felt shorter directly after the patch (spare initial loading screen after patch installation), but now, a few days later, it seems they're as long as before the patch. But maybe I'm just used to it very fast :/

That's exactly what I noticed. My first run post-25 was smooth and seemed somehow more fluid, which I put down to the update and the fact not as many people were around. But very quickly it's gone to really long load times both for loading characters and going to zones like Tidehome.
