New ingredients for alchemy (needed for hybrids)

The main rule of the TES series was "Be who you want and do what you want".
And in the series, you can always make a hybrid build, but for some reason in TESO you can only make a hybrid based on stamina and weapon damage.
But even if you decide to make a hybrid based on magic and in medium armor, through the "Pelinal's Aptitude" set, you will face such a problem that you will not have suitable potions for hybrids, because they always refer to either mana or stamina.

Suggestion: enter an ingredient that will allow you to create a potion with effects:
major prophecy
restore magicka
major brutality

To do this, add an ingredient with effects
restore magicka and major brutality.

This will give the opportunity to create hybrid builds based on mana.

Uh if your making a hybrid with pelinals both spell dmg and weapon dmg will be the same so having just one buff like brutality will make your spell dmg equal your weapon damage so you don't need both, then you can just invest in restore mag, prophecy pots like normal

No, if you are making a mana build but using medium armor, then in order to get good damage, you need to increase the weapon damage (so that it increases the spell damage through the set).
If you do this (and this is the only way for a hybrid mana), you will not be able to get 20% spell damage, because there is no access to the 20% weapon damage buff.
