Tails themselves need upgrades. I want to be able to scale the length and girth before covering them in armor. Khajiit tails right now are way too long and pencil thin.

The Psijic body tattoo covers the tail. Looks great on my Khajiit.

Not so great on Argonians cos it forces you to use their base body marking which isn't very pretty.

Probably never. For the same reason it's unlikely we will see a new weapon type. It's a lot of graphics to design.

You can get this when they add a death animation that involves the tail being cut off.

I think in character creation screen, a section just for Khajiit's or Argonian's tail would be nice. I would like to be able to customize its length, thickness and the shape of its tip.
As for tail armor Khajiit and Argonian can get a special outfit piece for them but before that more tail customization would be nice.
