I fill my Soul Gems up and when I use them when I die, They keep vanishing they never used to.
They used to show up has a empty soul gem before patch, Has anything changed.

✭I'm not quite sure what you mean. When you die and use a soul gem to revive, that soul gem is then gone - it doesn't just empty and is then eligible for use again. It has always been like this, or at least for as long as I have been playing the game.
Of course I'm on PS4 where U25 hasn't dropped yet, but again, I can't say that I've ever noticed soul gems reappearing empty after you use them, so I don't think anything has changed there.This poor little Bosmer stealth passive had passionate friends and a big loving family!1
