No i was playing a magsorc. What kind of magsorc gets hit by dizzying swing?
It's not tied to any specific cc, it has been happening at random since the patch. Today it was more frequent than before though.
At times i'm trying to bar swap and use my offensive ult, but nope, bar swap is delayed and i end up using undo instead.
