Skills not casting or taking 2-3 sec to cast

Switching weapons sometimes won't let me cast for 2-3sec.
Takes multible clicks to cast, or the skill I casted 3-5 secs ago will go off.

    As well as block casting. It won’t work correctly for some reason.

    Happens here too, tho much less after the last patch/re-download. Maybe high ping (slow internet connectivity)?
    There's no Higher... not outside the man.

    Block casting will be different now vs before Update 25. Read up on the changes so you know what to expect there.
    As for things not casting: if you are on PC do you have any addons? They have been doing all kinds of bad things since the update so you might want to disable them all to see if the problem persists before going further.

    I used 3 add-ons, I uninstalled those before the update never got those back, No Add-ons.

    Yes, several of us have been experiencing this in Sunspire. Started after the patch this week. Might be related to random ping spikes and position desync that has also been going on in there since Monday.

    We just had to call a raid after 30min because Sunspire was unplayable. Skills not going off and boss attacks being desync'd, along with random ping spikes.

    At the same time though we are seeing other raid teams have no problems with this patch. Anyone have an idea what is going on in Sunspire?
