Bug? Inventory not showing up when trying to deconstruct gear...

Last night when I was playing I had to sell my inventory, because at the forge/woodworking table/clothing station none of the gear in my inventory would be available, and it would say there is nothing to deconstruct. But when I went to the merchant, it was in my inventory to sell....

Has this happened to anyone else? Am I missing something?

I would have recommended disabling all add ons and trying again. As many addons do interact with ui/inventory it's possible for things like this to happen and I've had some odd bugs with inventory that are add on related.

I just installed the game a few weeks ago for PS4, and have no add ons. There was another issue with the stations not allowing me to research an item that was clearly re-searchable. I logged off because it was time lol, and when I logged back in next day it allowed me to research it.

Assuming its a station related thing?

Yes, on PS4 it's clearly not an addons issue, my apologies for the red herring. All I can say is that if it doesn't persist through a restart, it's clearly a bug that may be hard to reproduce, but I don't have any tips besides restart and hope it fixes itself.
