Major bug with stam regen - it's not just UI

It's not UI only. I've posted a video. My friend can't cast any stam abilities until he switches bar. This makes tanking impossible.
You can see he has no stam... the stamina bar flashes as he tries to activate a stam ability but it won't let him. He then switches bar and has full stam. This is a major issue and he can't tank harder content.

cybermorpherSoul ShrivenIm having the same issue, if my stamina shows as depleted on my end, it wont queue any skills to the server. Only way i found to recover it back is light attacks or anything that influences a ping to the server.0 -
Arca94✭✭✭✭It's a bit concerning they said it was only a UI bug.
I would have thought even a minor investigation into it would have shown them it literally stops stamina recovery. I noticed it immediately when I was affected.
Honestly not surprised ZOS let a block bug slip through after messing with the mechanic so much.1
