MURKMIRE EVENT TICKETS NOT LOOTED

It's been three days that i can't get any event tickets form Murkmire. I killed a lot of mobs and all the Bosses, but i am unable to get any ticket, it seems to be stucked.
Please, could you solve it?

Solace1981✭✭✭No one cares my man. Everyone gives ZOS a pass or it must be you doing something wrong. Blows my mind the people that have played since launch of this game and still have an ESO+ membership. Then again took me almost a year to realize this game is utter trash. It plays like a game in Beta most of the time. People actually believed that this this patch was going to do something to improve performance. Since I've played, every patch has broken more things then fixed, ruined more things then improved. I'm done, I'm fed up, I'm not paying $15 a month for this. It should be a F2P game based on the quality you get. I've never seen such incompetence in a development team. They truly have 0 clue on how to fix the game. Just move on to something better.1

First thing i checked 3 days ago. I was 8 from 13, so that's not the reason why i am not receiving event tickets.
Also i put a ticket but no answer received from Zenibug....... Incredible0 -
I WOULD BE ASHAMED, but these people don't, it's a part of the game for them....WELL DONE
In life i prefer to be honest, but i see a company and developers that enjoy most lying to their fans and players.
In a near future they will asked why a huge number of players drop, you don't need to be very smart to realize......0 -

Aight, just wanted to make sure.
Most people seem to only miss out on one day, so I think that's why the assumption is some kind of user error. You not getting them at all is super weird.
That said, support tickets have been super behind lately... lots of people on the forums. Usually the automatic/bot answer to your ticket should come within a few days. After you responded to that, the wait time is likely to be longer. When did you put in your ticket? If you're not even getting the auto response, I'd ping Bill.0 -
I put the ticket yesterday. I waited two days for if that was a temporary bug, but it seems is going to last till the event finish for my account......Better not to say more.....0

Yesterday night i was able to get another 3 tickets and a strongbox. But i lost 3 days of tickets and storngbox drops.
We'll see today....0 -
Shalimar1Soul ShrivenI had the same problem yesterday. I got 2/12 and they would have dropped anyway. I will put in an error ticket but seems sad if lorenzosuerob16 will not get tickets for time lost.0

aussie500✭✭✭Make sure you loot everything you kill, the event tickets can drop with anything you kill, does not have to be anything special.0

Alright, well unfortunately your second ticket likely sent you back to the beginning of the queue. You need to post the ticket numbers in here, and then maybe @ZOS_BillE can have a look.0 -

Edited bc I’m dumb and didn’t read carefully.

promoplus33ub17_ESOSoul ShrivenMy daily ritiual has been to kill a wb in murkmire for my event tickets or another boss ... Tiday i killed 4 WBs and was able to loot with no tickets and no gold box. nothing I kill in Murkmire is droppping tickets for me.
i can't play in Cyrodiil because that is an utter joke.... So what is the use in playing anymore????0 -
Titain✭✭✭I did have same problem, for me how I fixed it was I logged out went to Murkmire on a different toon.
I think what happen to me is I did not know the ticket was in the mobs, and I did not loot the first few mobs on my way to kill a world boss. So I logged in on a different toon, and looted first mob I killed, and go my tickets.0 -
shandybj✭✭Had same issue today. I tried different toons, killed 20 WBs and I don't know how many mobs. I spent 6 hours of my time on Sunday on nothing. No reply on my ticket in support as well0

Daimonion82✭✭✭✭Untill today I've always receiving tickets (and yellow box) from couple of first kills. Today - nothing at all. I'm sure I've picked everything. I'm not going to call support help, because I have enough indriks till the end of my life. However this way of getting tickets shouldn't happen again, there is something obviously wrong. Tickets should be given as reward for quest like before.0 -
Titain✭✭✭is it possible that the rotation time was not met? I personally do not know if the rotation is set to a specific time, or a 24 hour refresh from last tickets you have received. Like riding skills.Edited by Titain on March 2, 2020 8:59PM0
