But was it an extra special loading screen? IE did it appear during a flawless run? :-p

Those are the best loading screens, I can tell you, you really appreciate the sudden art work in your face during a tense moment.

Fortunately, it was on my 25th+ attempt at the final boss on a magblade that I never play and am horrible at. so no real loss. But a great new feature nonetheless!

Other features I've enjoyed in vMA since the patch are the boss not teleporting upstairs but instead staying downstairs, invulnerable, while still attacking me and the upstairs AOE not ending when I go back downstairs.
