My performance was ungodly better BEFORE this update, what in Oblivion did ZOS do? i would have rather had a 5 minute load screen for a stable experience rather than crashing multiple times per hour for no apparent reason.

    Try restarting your PC. It might help, might not.

    Might be one of the many who need to disable/delete their add-ons for it to be better, might be one of the many afflicted by the crash going around.

    Should give details on your actions what, when where and if you are running addons or not.

    I've already checked my addons. Applying updates to what is available, and disabling what is not. I'm fairly positive addons are not the issue.


    I just crashed for a 3rd time in 30m, so... Argh.

    This must be the work of Molag Bal or maybe some other evil daedric prince!
    Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. Play as well as you can but never betray the character. Doing so would make playing an mmoRPG pointless.

    Tried disabled/removing all addons; still repeated crashing.

    Apparently Molag Bal took over ZOS. Can't stop the Plane Meld if you can't play the game.

    Ten times in 60 minutes. My frame rate is better, but doesn't help if I crash every ten minutes

    MY game is more stable in general. That is, its stable when im not ctd'ing every 2 minutes.

    What exactly was this patch supposed to do. My fps stinks, my ping stinks I crash, and I crash again. I kill a dragon and can't loot it.

    I think we all know what generally crashes games. We are posting because these crashes are new since the patch.

    dont you know whitekinghts say this all the time while login back in from their crash that they will never speak on due to it might offend ZO$

    1 TB hybrid ssd hdd

    What else does one need to run this game smoothly? xD

    You need to be at Zenimax Online Studios, hooked up to their in house network... THOUGh you'd probably end up crashing there too lmao

    Rtx 2080ti 11GB
    32 GB (2 x 16 GB) 3000 MHz DDR4, Dual-Channel
    2tb Samsung SATA SSD

    All non updated addons disabled (the vanilla UI is making me twitchy) No other apps running.

    Still crashing in Cyrodiil. The last one was open field, not in combat, while responding to a question in guild chat

    I have crashed several times today every time I have gotten the crash log to report it when you see those fill them out so zos knows what to look into even if its a short note like shopping guild store or leaving a zone etc

    I crashed about 3X in cyro. Once while porting, once while inactive at sej, once in a fight at ales.
    Didnt have any spikes in my ping, just CTD and get the bug report. I logged not long after the last one.

    Game crashes (completely exit the game) is usually not game related but user related with conflicting software. Also running addons can contribute to this as well.

    Mmmm.... just like the Eu server is inhabited by morons with none trouble shooting sense, this is also just a question of pc/other devises capacity.

    What the three (or was it four) different threads on exactly the same issue did last night, when it’s clearly an issue with the masses and not patch, I have really no idea.

    I had seven crashes on an hour and a half last night. No addons, never had one. My pc is very much capable. I’m far from the only one - Cyrodiil was quite the experience last night

    Gina did say they're aware of an issue that is NOT related to addons causing some crashes. We've already tested removing ALL addons - restarts - and still crashes. Just have to wait it out.
    PC NA DC 4eva! I try my very best. If it is not good enough for you too bad! Playing off and on since April 2014 CP2009.

    @ACESsiggy no addons enabled and if something was conflicting, wouldn't we have experienced issues like this prior to the redownload?
    If no, wouldn't that lead one to believe it is on zos end?
