0 stam regen for some reason

After harrowstorm, in Main CP campaing all players report 0 stam regen.

Happened to me in Alik'r.... stam bar went to zero and stayed there.

have you tried going to the gym?...it helps improving your stamina!

No, is no only interface.

This is reported as a bug on PTS, guess its just a feature now.

I can confirm it happens in NonCP as well. And it's not just an UI error. Seems like you swap bars, then stam goes up by 4-5k but regen sits at 0 and only swapping bars constantly gets the stamina back up. It's very annoying as during combat you sit at 0 regen and need to use a potion or HA to get any stamina back.

I get that zos hates sustain but this is a bit silly....

Same happened in PvE a view minutes ago. I wasnt even in a fight at this point, but Stamreg was Zero.

Its possible to solve this problem with an reload, but you cant do that in raids or dungeons...îts looking like an interfacebug
