Keep getting kicked to log in screen

Does not matter what I am doing. PVP, PVE, crafting, or just sitting around. The game will randomly kick me to log back in then have to wait like 5 minutes since the account is still logged in. Anyone else have this issue in 2020??

Almost: All of a sudden, I got kicked out of game, and now, impossible to log in, I just get an error.

Please let us know which server this is happening on when getting kicked. We would also like to know the exact error message coming up when your character has been booted.

Litterally nothing, we dont get any message it just kicks us back to the main menu.
Before I get slapped with Zos standard responses, I tried not using any addons, its not my internet(Teamspeak etc works fine and I dont disconnect on anything other than ESO). (PC/NA)

Getting crashes in cyrodiil multiple times doing various things. Getting kicked to ogin screen while trying to rez or even in bgs.

The crashes you are encountering in Cyrodiil are a known issue documented in the known issue list here.

Same here, doesnt matter what Im doing. About every half hour or so, I suddenly cant use my weapons or mount. Game just stagnates. I try to log out but then I get kicked to the log in screen. This has been happening to me for almost a week now.

Several people I raid with are having this issue. No addons on, repaired, reinstall, problems persist.

after update 25 I started to stick with this problem, also leaving the game and going back to the login screen without giving any error

Same problem. Battlegrounds and Cyrodiil became unplayable after update 25. Performance increased, but game crashes every 2 min. The main character disappears, everyone around freezes and after a few seconds the game throws to the login screen without giving any error.

+1 to this post, same thing keep happening to me randomly as well, the network is frozen as if the game is disconneted/timed out for a min+ then sent me to login screen without any error message, have to wait a few seconds to log back otherwise ill have error 304: account already logged in.

The patch only fixed cyrodiil crashes. BG crashes still occur. lmao what a joke

This has started happening to me as well again ever since the Harrowstorm patch. It's really annoying. I've tried turning addons off, Internet is fine, I'm not even in Cyrodiil, etc. Whether I'm PvEing or just freakin' walking or crafting, I'll get lag spikes for 30 seconds to 1 minute and most likely get booted back to the login screen.

EDIT: Oh, and happens even if I launch the game without Steam.

Same problem....On a 1G network, speed test shows 200+ Mbs, log into game, and PING shows that it is 2000+ and has hit 9000 a couple of times. All NPCs are missing in Northern ElseW, including stable merchant. Then LAG seriously bad....hit light attack or skill, 3-5 second delay, and then booted to the login screen. Attempt to login, NO VALID ACCOUNT, Account already logged in...This is getting ridiculous.

Apparently inattentively read here) There is a solution, at least to my problem) I tried to play without skipping animations - everything is fine. No more crashes to the login screen. Spaming block caused a crash.

I am already fed up with this. Since this patch I can literally only play bg's on 1 out of my 7 pvp characters. A stamsorc where I don't bash weave and don't block at all. Every other character is getting disconnected in the middle of the match.

Yesterday i couldn't complete a BG without getting kicked to login, today after deactivating "Taos Group Tools" addon (among other minor tweaks) i got to complete several BGs without any disconnect.

I am absolutely not sure this is related (probably not), but is there's a chance it is, i had to let you know.
