Has anyone received more than two items in a strong box?

I have seen reports of 3 fragments in one box - but not sure how true / accurate this is.

I've been lucky to get even a single fragment in one. I suppose it's possible to get more than one, but I want to see pics.

On the other hand, I've gotten multiple items, but IIRC no more than two-- a couple of pieces of gear (one blue and one green), a piece of gear plus a fragment, and a piece of gear plus a style mat.

I only ever get 2 items per box, and only got 1 fragment from 3 boxes. If people are getting multiple fragments per box, I need to see a screenshot.

I was told it was user error that I have not been getting voriplasm pet fragments in my boxes .. could someone please tell me what they were doing to get multiple fragments! I really want this pet and would love to learn the method!

Yes you can easily get 2 "fragments" of crappy treasures in one box.
