This morning, I picked up a daily quest in Murkmire. On my way to the dungeon, I must have stepped on a spider or whatever random mob and forgot to loot it. Result: I missed my 3 tickets for the day.
It's not theend of the world and I'm totally aware that it is my fault, but please, ZOS, can you come up with a way to avoid this? It's not the first time that happened and it's not the only event with this kind of ticket system. Changing this would be a nice QoL improvement.

✭✭Why would stepping on a spider do that? I don't take part in these events as I can't deal with all the people and the lag in the zones

✭✭✭The tickets drop randomly from mobs... it can be the first or the tenth mob you kill. But you need to actively loot it. Apparently, I killed one mob on my way and didn't bother looting it. Because ZOS in their infinite wisdom decided to bring back mobs having a good chance to drop tickets AND did not give a guaranteed drop for tickets to allow players to check that they had missed their daily tickets.
Basically, its "loot everything" and if you somehow miss what you should have looted, you have no idea if you missed your tickets or not. We've got some people grinding for hours because there's no way to know for sure and certain.
