Should Greymoor add children NPC's?

No, I wouldn't want to see children NPC's in game.
As we all know in Elder Scrolls lore, children only seem to exist in Skyrim and it would be appropriate to add them as an edition as this expansions regional mythical npc just like dragons, indrik's, and silt striders. I don't necessarily want Braith telling me how much she isn't afraid of the guy who beat up Molog Bal... but I feel like seeing those little unkillable soon to be orphaned kids taking up space would make the game feel more alive ya know? Also, the housing people have been begging to adopt these mythical creatures for quite some time now and im sure they'd love the edition.

Regardless, my current headcanon is that everyone is just born as a fully grown adult before the 5th era until Zenimax changes that lore.

How can children make the game feel more alive, that just doesn't make any sense at all.

If we take your argument through it's logical evolution, that being NPCs being born adults, etc, then child NPCs would need to age, because if not it would be another head cannon moment.

Having child NPCs would create a labor need better spent on new content and bug fixes.

Perverts and *** might role play or seek other ways of abusing these child NPCs. Just look at the problems second life had with adults who were creating all kinds of child characters and content and how people abused them. For this reason alone it's a horrible, terrible idea.

Why would you want to have NPC children that you describe as soon to be orphaned kids?

Why would people want to adopt kids for their house? I don't get that. If you want a child that bad, then adopt one in real life. Child NPCs in peoples houses just seems like an opportunity to role play some really awful things.

A gigantic huge NO, bad idea, horrible idea, a train wreck idea...

No children, the server is already broken and ZOS can't fix their great servers, on top of it, the class balance is still unbalance.
This will just make the lag even worse like the lighting patch back in 2015.
Even till this day, we have fully black/ shadow players running around.

This would feel extremely weird, since no other zone has them.

People who say it's not needed are not using their imagination. If children get added then stories they are involved in get added, which will only enrich the game and make it more immersive.

My imagination tells me that there are children anyway (otherwise, how could people reproduce?), but in times of war, cultists, dragon attacks, assassins and all those other dangerous things, they're probably locked away in their parents' homes.

What homes? There are almost no buildings in towns and "cities".

I always wanted a game where you start off as child and only get your final looks at level/age 16 or so. :)

Having children in cities would make it more lively and realistic. It's so weird everyone is an adult in the game...

Did you read the rest from the exact post you quoted?

Just no. It'll just open a whole other can of worms that the game doesn't need about what is appropriate or not appropriate for them to do, say, dress, think , ect, ect.. I can just picture all the complaints and arguments cause a child said/did <insert whatever> and someone took offense to it. Making any of them killable or evil would surely trigger some while making them all do gooders and unkillable would be unrealistic to others, I could go on but you get the point. I'd guess that such reasons are probably why they didn't put them in the game in the first place. Too much of a hassle.

IIRC the main reason we don't and won't see them is because different laws in different countries cause the game to get an unfavorable rating if children are simply present. No children in ESO just skips over those hurdles, instead of skipping over those markets.

Why not? They have cats and dogs chasing each other in the streets. You can’t kill them or interact with them. I see no problem adding kid npcs
