Should gained XP count to both bars?

When you finish a quest, a random dungeon or a random battlegrounds you get XP bonus only to your active bar.
I find it extremely frustrating because I always have to remember to swap to the bar where I want to rank up ability or skill line despite using BOTH bars during activity.

✭✭✭Gained XP should count to both bars.It's "both bars" only because we have to bar swap. It's really one whole set of skills that contributed to the encounter.
But the final answer might be to divide it between both bars instead of doubling up the xp.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭Gained XP shouldnt count only to your active bar.I voted no because there is nothing stopping a player from using only one bar and loading up the 2nd bar with skills just to level them. If there were a way to only apply XP to 2nd bar if it was actually used in the fight then maybe.
I really don't see it as much of an issue though. Not near as pressing as other things in the game.and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."4 -

I'm not particularly bothered by having to switch bars, but after leveling so many alts it's really just become something I'm used to having to deal with. It only really occurs to me if I miss a big chunk of EXP when I've got a 150% scroll on. It's not a deal breaker, but it does sting just a little.Tombstone Reads: "Forgot to get good"0 -

There is also no way of stopping a player from purcharsing tens of alchemy/provisioning master writs and lvling up all skillines in one hour

BisDasBlutGefriert✭✭✭✭✭Gained XP should count to both bars.Right now, before handing in a quest I'll exit out of the dialogue screen, and throw whatever skills that aren't maxed on a bar just to level them up. Theres nothing stoping them from doing it now but on the front bar making then useless in dungeons too1 -

✭✭✭✭✭Gained XP should count to both bars.I'd queue for a daily Random because I have a skill(s) on the back bar I need to level. I go through the entire Dungeon telling myself "Okay, when the boss is at like 5% switch to your back bar", but then I get too into the Boss fight, my execute PTSD kicks in and I completely forget to get off my front bar.

Yeah but someone somewhere spent the time to collect all those writs. Not that I am suggesting we be able to buy XP just because someone somewhere took the time to earn it.and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."0 -

✭✭@Commancho Personally im fine with either system, however, it is frustrating when you turn in on the wrong bar, or the skill takes FOREVER to rank up.1
