Leamon clearly said player might come across some falmer in Greymoor during announcement stream. So yeah...

We might see them. A face and body marking was datamined tho for Gloomlurker so who knows. I am not gonna hold my breath honestly.

I think we will meet some falmer in the game, or maybe one of the next dungeons in Q3 are going to be around them

If not this chapter there are going to be more Skyrim chapters to come. Would be ace to come across some real snow elves that maybe hid away in secret somewhere, that with the vestiges help stay secret. Or something

I would say there is a very high chance we come across Falmer at some point in the coming updates.
