the destinations addon has an option to mark npc interaction spawn points like this and the light bringer achievement it can help you find them and others. Notice some of the spawn points can also be others i think sometimes a beggar sometimes a robbable merchant etc. so you will need to check several.

You mean the Achievement?

If so, there are about 6 Spawn locations in each of the original 15 zones. You have a chance for a Merchant or a couple trying to start a fire or a Beggar.

You have to keep visiting each spawn point until the one you want shows up.

Destinations and Map Pins shows you the location, if you are on the PC.

I have had them spawn pretty quickly, but I was doing laps of the zone.

Usually, with an addon or a map of Spawns, you can knock out all 3 Achievements in an easy weekend

I would absolutely LOVE to give some of these beggars some coin!

I was just in Vos-Vvardenfell, fishing on a dock in a river and there was a beggar sitting comfortably under a tree behind me asking for a few coin. Naturally, I ran over to him to help out, but couldn't interact with that NPC. Ended up leaving the fishing hole I was at prematurely cause I couldn't stand hearing him ask for coin, and not being able to do anything about it.


Suggestion:

Interact with NPC beggar, dialogue screen comes up and says "been down on my luck, spare a coin?"

With the options:

Give beggar 1 gold piece
Give beggar 10 gold pieces
Goodbye

We don't need any ten minute buff or anything after helping to go with it, the satisfaction of helping is enough for me. Please?
