I would love to see this set reworked, as though I know the argument for the silly low proc rate is the burst damage, but it isn't really that high and even on a warden there are only a handful of skills to proc the set. It would be great of it could be reworked to be more like overwhelming surge, much higher proc rate but damage becomes less but lasts for x amount of seconds. Please zos do a rework but no more nerfing xd.

Ya, winterborn is not a very impressive set. However, You already have an overwhelming surge like set for frost damage.
With the improvements to -Ice Furnace set in the upcoming patch, this set is very strong and will work with every frost damage, even ice staff light attack.

Ice Furnace is heavy armor only, @Lughlongarm ... so readers of your post will have to be careful not to apply your comments to every content type in the game (since you didn't mention it).

Oh so you want rework of one of few viable frost damage sets after ZOS almost killed Iceheart? Better do not ask ZOS about reworks or things will become only worse.

a fatality on allready unconscious

frost builds just say it loudly
