Yes. Please. Especially since Outfits don't hide the tabard, unlike costumes (hidden ploy to sell costumes?)

Most of the post-Morrowind chest pieces don't even show up underneath tabards and just get replaced by this black undershirt thing. I recently decided to make an outfit to celebrate a new PVP rank, and yep, I was pretty much limited to base game era motifs if I wanted to see any armor beneath my guild tabard.

If ZOS can't make their new armors work with a tabard, its past time that we get to hide them.
