The Adhazabi Aba-daro is a special ESO vendor that only appears on the weekend to offer a random selection of gold jewelry (2 from dungeons and two from zone items sets), two monster set helms or shoulders (pledge dungeons).

Spawn of Mephala’s Shoulders – Infused / Impenetrable (Light, Medium, Heavy) 100,000g / 200,000AP

Is that Bright-Throat's Boast a necklace as well? It doesn't say here or on the website. I'd assume so since the others are necklaces as well.

I've seen it listed in some PVP builds. However, it is a set that helps with sustain so it could go either way.

I cant believe i have to fork over at least 100k per staff just to try this set though...

Aaand now im out 200k+. But i did manage to maintain my skills tooltip dmg while gaining several thousand magic and over 500 recovery. Neat. Still need to change Mothers Sorrow for Crafty to get max magic 50k+ though. Thatd be awesome to be that high.
