Murkmire will be sometime in February, as per the Crown Store Showcase. The full dates aren't out yet.
The next double exp event is Jester's which usually takes place sometime around April Fool's Day, but before the Anniversary Event. The Anniversary of ESO is April 4th.0 -

✭I think it's just double drops in that area. So double resource nodes, double reward boxes from daily quests, and then also double drops from Blackrose Prison as well.
Not to mention, the DLC will probably be on sale as well.
