Do you make a build to Zerg?

Yes. No single target abilities. No DOTs. Fighting other large groups is about coordinated AOE burst damage and mobility.

I use different skills and pick very different targets when I occasionally run solo.

I’m not even sure how to reply to you

As an example, sometimes when I solo I pick people off of their horses.
Chook (fill in the blank) or Chookana (likewise): I learn more by dying so teach me some more!

    A. No offense, but you aren't worth as much AP as the objective I'm heading for and you have much, much less impact on the campaign score. If you don't knock me off my horse, there's no reason for me to stop to fight you.

    B. Random players in the middle of nowhere are like Schroedinger's Duelist.
You might be a stand-up player just ready for a good, honorable duel.
You might be a cloak, run, and hide NB who's going to be a waste of time if the fight turns against you.
You might be the bait in an ambush.
You might be so tanky that the battle stalemates into pointlessness.
The player doesn't know unless they get off their mount and fight.

Really, the question is "Why would a player who isn't looking for 1v1 stop what they were doing to fight a random player?"

No need to apologize to me that your build cannot dismount someone else. If I was the person you tried to gank with a build that could not even dismount me then I would not bother to stop either. I only stopped for 1v1 fights that seemed worthy.

Well, there you have it. You’re in a dueling spec and want to find people to duel. People you’re going after aren’t in a dueling spec so don’t want to fight. Answer should be obvious.

If it makes you feel better you would have won vs that player, and when that player was with their group they’d be able to farm hundreds of people in your spec.

Stopping to heal means dismounting myself when you haven't dealt enough damage to knock me off my mount. Better to just keep moving towards my objective and get out of range. If you can't deal enough damage to dismount me, I'm not worried about dying.

"Oh, but you'll die to my DOTs if you don't dismount and heal!"
Then you are a lot better at putting DOTs on fast-moving riders than the vast majority of players who try to hit me while I'm riding to an objective. Weren't you complaining above that its impossible to dismount players with your SnB/2H build?

I play multiple builds/classes. For example if I was on my mag sorc. I’ll just curse, endless fury, frag someone on a mount, most of the time it will kill them, but sometimes they’ll have like 3/4K health still with curse on them and just not dismount to heal

Gap closers nor even stuns will dismount people so long as their mount has stamina. Used to be the opposite.

bla bla bla the majority of so called small groups sits on resources and farms lonely people till zerg comes to punish them.

So to sum it all up, you stay on ur mount refusing to heal or engage in combat to get to the next keep quicker? Wouldn’t it be quicker to simply dismount, kill whoever is attacking you then proceed to pvdoor?

I didn't quote the insult, but at its core here you are correct. The changes to mount stamina from last year mean it is much harder to dismount someone. I've been on both sides of that.
My personal experiences are that in that situation, dismounting to heal is almost never the right answer. The time spent dismounting is just gifting the other player a large offense window. If I don't want to engage, my odds are better to just keep riding. If I do want to engage, I'm still better off riding on till I have a large gap, then dismount and come back on a more even footing.

You expect everyone to stand and fight, even the ones who know they'll most likely lose when they're caught alone? Many simple reasons. They know they'll lose and they don't want to. They know when they lose there's a high chance the attacker will bag them repeatedly for the simple crime of losing. Or they just have somewhere they want or need to be and they're not going to let you stop them and make them ride the distance again.

My thought is who complains in the forum that they were unable to dismount a player? That issue is on the attacker.

I run snb/2h and it’s impossible to dismount anybody
