In my opinion magic users should have to rely on the same damage mitigating mechanics as stam. Your damage shields should all be toggle and you don’t take damage as long as you have the magic to keep it up. Taking hits should drain that magic to the point where your drained if your not actively trying to avoid damage.

What? Dodgeroll can make you dodge literally 100 attacks if timed right. Not even comparable.
Dodging costs more than a shield? Stam users have recovery just like Mag players do. You try putting up a 4K skill every 6 seconds ... oh and if we stack 2 shields its 8K every 6 seconds. Give me a break!

When mag players are running around withn15-30k magic shields it takes a considerable amount of damage to break it when they can just recast it for a measly 4K mag when they have around 35-40k mag. And to say that stamina has damage shields that do no scale in proportion to mag users is redundant

Your shields can block multiple attacks and your 8k mag over 6 seconds is nothing. If have 2k mag recovery you have recovered that mag and then some
