Shadowshire✭✭✭✭What's going on with the constant Cyrodiil rollbacks?
On which platform and which mega-server are you experiencing the "Cyrodiill rollback's"? ZOS cannot investigate the issue without that information. Please refer to the Guidelines For Bug Report Forum about composing a bug report.
For the sake of clarity: what is a "rollback"? Do you mean that your character is abruptly returned to a prior game-state instead of the one which has been since displayed on the HUD?
In my experience, such a "rollback" ordinarily happens while my character is not in combat, and seldom while my character is in an instance. Nonetheless, it can have rather unfortunate consequences.
For what it is worth, I have had that happen during PvE combat while resurrecting a character. Suddenly my character was as it was before it was killed. Then it killed the enemy NPC. Nice, but it has also happened that my character killed a boss and suddenly the HUD shifted to show that the boss had killed my character instead.
Hmmm.... is your character using any Psijic abilities? I am not sure whether a Psijic ability can return another player's character to their game-state a few seconds ago, but there is at least one which can return the character which uses it to their game-state a few seconds prior.

Alag✭✭Today, I decided to farm skyshards in Cyrodiil.
For some reason, at some point, my game client freeze for few seconds and then it log me out into character selection screen. When I log-in back, my character is placed in delve where I have been before. What more, everything since then is rollbacked. All skyshards I have collected are reverted and I have to collect them again.
After this happened for first time, I continued farming, because I thought it is some weird error. After several minutes, same scenario happened and all skyshards which I collected since moment inside that delve cave are reverted.
I am giving it up for now, tomorrow I will try it with addons disabled. It looks to me like possible of some memory problem. Anyway, something is not right.
