Hi - I have sent numerous e-mails over several weeks regarding this incident number. I haven't received any responses. Any help would be appreciated.

    ok first off your ticket number explained.......191210 <-- this is your date stamp 002378<-- this is your place in the Queue for that day, it can take upto 30days to get a response you are not being ignored there are simply 2377 ppl ahead of you, putting more tickets in will only place you further back in the queue, so be patient, dont be angry and wait for a response, once they respond it will take max 7 days from then to sort out
