Welcome to the generation that simply does not like having to make choices.

Setting aside the fact that this comment is obvious bait, and speaking as a GenXer who advocates for more guild slots, I'd say that it has a lot less with having to make choices, and a lot more about how modern consumers, independent of age or generation, have proven through their market interactions that they prefer having many choices available to them. The last 30 years have changed the nature of the availability of choice. Your implication that the desire to have similar flexibility in this game being akin to a spoiled sense of entitlement ignores society's overall improvement in its quality of life and the way producers interact with their consumers. I'm fairly certain that there are parts of your life that have been enriched by the expanded options that you have available to you today relative to however it was when you were growing up. I'd suggest reflecting on that and ask yourself honestly if, over time, you have perhaps benefited from this new norm, and that your snark might be somewhat unjustified.

This is not hand-wringing or whining about what one is entitled to. This is a request by consumers made to their service provider to expand availability of a feature due to a desire. That concept has been around a lot longer than any of us on this forum has been alive, and that simple expression of customer feedback is not limited to one generation.

5 is generous enough. Real games only give you 1.

All the people saying this, your worng.

most games do give you one guild only but that is PER CHARACTER.

So games like wow for example you can actually be in a lot more than 5.

    Must admit, I'd like a 6th slot.

I would also dearly love to be able to re-order them. It kills my OCD to have them reorder when I leave/join.

It seems so simple to me really, if you want more than 5 Guilds then purchase another copy of the game so you can have a second account.

Levelling characters will take some effort but its not really that hard to get a second account up to a useful level of CP.

I'm CP1200, I have 18 alts on my account. 13 (!!!) of them are fully leveled (one mag and one stam of each class + one Templar Healer), with golded gear, Undaunted level 9, medicinal use passive, Psijic level 10 (!!!!!), Mages guild level 10, fighter's guild level 10, all have level 50 crafting on the equipment trees, plenty of skillpoints with hundreds of skyshards collected on each char. 5 of them are just mules, filled with almost any bind on pickup set pieces from all the dungeons of the game that may have some utility for a PvP build. Any monster sets helm and shoulders, Dragonstar weapons, Maelstrom weapons, trial sets and weapons, it took about 5 years to get to this point, and your solution is "start from scratch on another account"?
    Brilliant!

Make an Auction House. That will remove the need to have guilds for selling.
