✭✭✭✭✭Nb is in a pretty bad spot atm, they have good sustain, but thats about it. The burst is meh (if you compare it to warden and necro) and the survivability is worse then any other stamclass imo.

compared to other stamina classes, stamden stamcro stamplar and stamdk are all better in terms of damage tankyness etc. if you want to roll a stamblade youre honestly better off with a stamden. so no we're actually underpowered right now relatively speaking3 -
nublife01✭✭✭✭you can still play a stamblade and 1vx and kill people on 1v1 but the current skill cap is eons higher than it has ever been since the beta launch of this game and there are other stamina classes that are simply better in every way. we are also completely useless in bgs due to us now being forced to use shadowy disguise instead of dark cloak due to the 7th legion changes. most stamblades i see rocking bowblade builds because if they try to 1v1 another good class on their own they get destroyed.
we need more fluid burst like literally every other stamina class has, more pressure with a buff to surprise attack or to make our defense passive activated in a way that doesnt require us to use surprise attack, and buff to dark cloak.
The current off balance changes on the pts (tactician is our main source of stun if you play the class corrently) will completely break stamblade as well. right now we're looking at a pretty dark place for next patch.
if a stamblade easily kills you its a l2p issue. if he/she 1vx's you successfully its a l2p issue. we're currently the weakest stamina class.
If yall want to play a strong stamina class for next patch I highly advise playing stamcro or stamden. Stamcro is absolutly busted right now and will be even more broken next patch with the instant blastbones which will now basically be a spammable without any sort of penalty. all these l2p issue stamcros complained and now we're here.1 -
Jeezye✭✭✭✭✭Actually I threw my standard crit gear on my stamblade and gave it a go throughout the event. While its not as strong as the other stamclasses, it surely is still fun to play, and with enough skill an no lag you can actually pull off nice 1vXs too. Its just that you could do it with a lot less effort on other stam classes.
Magblade though as my main, I have tested every playstyle/gear combination/ minmaxed the sh*t out of it, and its just hot garbage. Damage is low, super unreliable, defensive options are pure useless, and sustain is amongst the worst compared to all magicka chars I run.
So all in all the class is far bottom tier in PvP atm (not sure bout necro, dont play that)3 -

Udrath✭✭✭✭Only buff I want is to add a small 1k shield to blur so I can use marauders haste with my current bar set up.... cause 60% increased movement speed is very nice on magblade. It's like fighting on horse back lol1
