Hide/invisible shoulder pads

Can we please please have the option to hide the shoulder pads (and other elements) with this chapter?

Make it a toggle, an outfit page, a quest reward, whatever, or maybe an antique shoulder pad, so old that you can't see it anymore!

Thanks!

Yes please! I can deal with everything else being visible, it's just the shoulder pads that desperately need this option.

Just copy FFXIV and add some "Emperor's New" outfit style pages that make armor pieces invisible. Start with shoulder armor and move on from there. A hide option would work as well, but having outfit styles like this for every slot would be cooler.

All pieces of gear should show/hideable. If I want a berzerker toon wearing only shoes and pants, I should be able to do so! So many awesome tattoos and body markings available to not be able to show them off.

This option is already available in game, just not enabled for anyone but developers: https://storage.googleapis.com/rockettsharex/ShareX/2020/02/4wuzqo59pt2g.webp

I agree, I'd love a hide shoulders option. So many shoulders look too big and bulky on some of my smaller characters, or float way above their shoulders and just look silly. I end up using the same few options over and over because they're the least noticable.

    May I add belts.

There are plenty of outfits they added that don't have belts, but you do need to select one at the outfit station anyway, which is tough as these outfits are not designed with belts in mind. I am looking at you Prophet Outfit style.

Same here. My Redguard arm cops looked like I was wearing parentheses.

Yes PLEASE! So many outfits would look soooo much better! Especially light armor often looks ridiculous with shoulder pads...

in the meantime while it isn't in the game there is a few shoulder options that aren't particularly obtrusive, especially when you have an outfit that goes well with them:

    - assassin's league heavy and medium
    - skinchanger medium
    -akaviri light
    -all the silver dawn items
    -prophet's shaul

but yea i'd like the option to hide all armour pieces. until it eventually gets added this is all our options that i've found

Gloves as well, I might add! It's really hard to pull off a classic "mage" appearance that doesn't have obnoxious shoulders and gloves. Even the Mages Guild costumes all have horrid gloves. As it is, I usually make do with dwarven shoulders and the Prisoner's Chains, but I'd much rather be able to hide them entirely, especially since the Prisoner's Chains clip through all of my robe sleeves!

That would be great, i'm waiting years for that.

Most of my current outfits (if not outright all of them) would look 100% better without shoulders. I'm not a fan of bulky-looking shoulders, and much prefer the slimmer look one can achieve without shoulders on outfits. I never had this problem in the single player games like TES V: Skyrim since you can easily choose an outfit that does not have shoulders, and those that do are not overly bulky-looking to begin with.
If I had the option to remove shoulders I would do so on most of my outfits, in fact for a couple of them I would also remove the gloves if given the chance (specifically for the mage robe outfit I've got which looks bizarre with gloves).

Agree... I dislike the fact you can't create a proper mage/healer outfit, one that is light. Also, I would like to dress as the prisoner using only the unlocked outfit, but without having to add shoulders or other pieces.

One of my chars has an outfit that always features the prisoner's chains, which I dyed in divine gold. The broken chains tell the story of my char, how my char overcame its predicament :)
