If you can provide the mats to a guildy that has max enchanting and have them make glyphs for you can deconstruct or buy player made one from traders that would be the most efficient/quick way.
You get more crafting experience for deconstructing player made glyphs

If you haven’t already learned most of the runestones translations, doing that (by constructing glyphs with the various runestones you don’t know) will take you from 47 to 50. If you learn them at lower enchanting levels, you get much less experience. I think you can jump from about 45.5/46 to 50 by saving the translations until that point.
Its slow going, yeah, slower then the classic gear crafting stuff... but its easy enough to get there just deconstructing what you get from everyday questings, and the daily crafting job...
As with the other, just forget stressing out about the "how fast" and just do it on the sidelines. Much like watching a pot of water boil, really...
I know its too late now, but for other people reading this...
There are lore books that raise your enchantment level. If you wait to read them when you are rank 45+ in Enchantment, you can start looking for these lore books and level quick.
@fetito666 You can ask someone (friend or guild mate) to craft purple glyphs for you or you can craft them with one of your chars if they're level 50 in enchantment already.
