are you sure you have a credit card on file? i take mine off after the renewal, so i have to remember to put one back on the acct.

I restarted the client and it was normal. Really weird never had that happen. Now I know how much this game depends on that membership lol

There are always 2 things to do with billing issues.
1. Restart the game/client
2. Open the ticket.
Why forum thread, there is no one here who can check your account or is the credit card expired or what not.
