Something has happened with Frame Rates 100 -> 11fps
I normally get 100 fps but today for some reason in Stros M'kai I am getting 11fps. Basically unplayable. I restarted, checked my speed with game not running and found no issues. I also noticed when I left Stros M'Kai my fps went back up to 96fps. I came back. Played in Stros M'Kai trying to complete and it was fine for an hour or so but now I am back to 11fps. Don't know if its the area or all of ESO but figured I would let someone know.

There have been rumours of people idling somewhere in Stros M'kai and getting huge FPS drops. Leaving the area and coming back fixes it for a while, though. I personally tried to reproduce it by sitting idle at the docks in Port Hunding, but couldn't see any behaviour like that after 15 minutes or so.
Then again, my game quality is beyond "low", so I might have disabled whatever causes the FPS drops there.
