I believe this has been covered before- it may be late for EU, but it's about the earliest majority of EST people could watch after commuting home from work, and 3 PM is in the middle of the work day for PST, but people with non-standard hours could watch.

With a worldwide playerbase, there will never be a good time for everybody. A company based in an EST time zone is gonna schedule their events based on EST.

What I think a good compromise would be is a rerun of the stream at a better time for EU players, so that they can get the drops NA players get. I do also agree including standard times would be a good thing- although maybe EST/UTC, because EST is the company time and UTC is what all the in game timers are based on.

I don't fault them for things mostly being EST, but it does suck that there are things that EU players are kindof excluded from automatically (like getting the pet for watching the E3 stream, when ZOS had no control over the time of the announcement).

There is some serious room for improvement to make things a bit more universal (like adding a second stream, listing universal time, etc)
