We need a way to preview maps and occupation before entering a Cyrodiil campaign

I just wasted 20 minutes trying to find a good DC campaign but everything is either all yellow or red. Not to mention I was forced to move the game to an HDD so loading times are atrocious.

All map not your alliance color means a lot of xp for you, why would you enter a campaign where you alliance has already taken everything, what you going to do there??

No, just enter another campaign; there are plenty to choose from in this event.

It's precisely for people like you why maps can't be previewed before entering a campaign.

You can see occupation for your home campaign.

If it's really that important to you, get together with a few friends, you each home one campaign and that way you can decide ahead of time which one will work for you.

I've been waiting for years for someone to create a website with live map screenshots for every campaign.
To check stuff like emp status etc. while at work for instance

It will be rare Cyrodill will not be Yellow or Red dominated till Zos brings in IP locking. Both factions have worked out a pact to take out DC. Till IP locking comes, dont expect to see a blue map very often.

It sounds like you wanted an easy campaign that you could teleport to a keep already under attack to get a quick tick, and you don't want to put in the work to make that campaign better for your alliance. Suck it up, put in the work, and make your allegiance the #1 in that campaign instead of giving up after a first glance when you get in.

And yes, you can tell how your Home Campaign is doing by looking at the scoring and seeing how many current keeps/resources you have. But if you want to check every campaign to game the easiest, sorry.

I would check.

Primarily to prevent landing in a map like yesterday, where few kept a whole faction at the gates. Just for own amusements.

If I could check in advance, I haven’t used 30 minutes in que only to play 15 minutes..

Get some alts and have them home different campaigns. They can then preview the map for you.

I actually prefer a campaign where my alliance starts with fewer objectives since you can take them for more AP if the population is relatively well balanced.

Yeah, especially during this event. I'm literally looking for a campaign where the opposing alliances are locked and my alliance only has one or two bars. Getting 8k for taking a resource and about 35k for taking a keep.
