Can't log in the NA server [ERROR 200 7:4:181:597]

I can log in to the EU server, but not NA. I was able to log in both servers yesterday. Am I the only one having this problem?

If you are still running into Error 200 when you log in today, the two troubleshooting steps below can help resolve this login error.

Ensure that any anti-virus/firewall protection has exception rules for The Elder Scrolls Online.
Ensure the following ports are open on your modem / router:
- TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
- TCP / UDP Ports 24300 through 24331
- TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
- TCP Port 80
- TCP Port 433

I've done those things ages ago, and that's all ZOS can tell me?

I am having the same problems as I already set the entire ESO folder as an exception and all of modem ports that was mentioned are already open. I was able to log in just fine this morning and there were no updates for all of programs today.

If the connection troubleshooting posted above is not helping with Error 200, the next thing you can do is open a ticket with customer support for further assistance.
