@CastagereHeck, I'm about to give up on this game for good unless they fix the patching/install issues this game has. I have 120 gigs of free space to install the game. The game itself says I need 87 gigs free. But when I go to install it I get you don't have enough hard drive space message and it shuts down. I'm am so sick and tired of ZOS just ignoring this issue with the game. They never even address the issue here on the forums.

EDIT: Just realized that Laatvulan is actually a CP campaign, so ignore that part of it... but yeah performance is as bad as it ever was *sigh*

As with any software, or MMO or game or anything to do with computers, at all, you will encounter issues. You cannot have hundreds of thousands of lines, or for that matter, millions of lines of code without issues.
However, with that being said, I have yet to experience anything outside the normal that negatively affects my gameplay. Perhaps it's with your computer, your internet connection or some other piece of hardware or even software you use. I am not saying you are not experiencing the issues you are, only that in blaming the ZoS or the EOS developers, you might be disregarding something that is actually causing you these issues, like an older router, or wireless that is too far away, or EMF around your computers connections, whatever it might be.
Remove all doubt prior to blaming ZoS

The Company announces major performance improvements are COMING (might be late February, but i thought he said early March )....
And people get on Forums and complain 'There's No Improvement' !!!!
Huh. I wonder why there's no improvement yet?

You realise that Matt Firor first mentioned this nearly a full year ago, right? And that it took until after the summer for them to start their monthly status updates? And that these updates have been little more than repeating the same things Matt Firor said before? And that as of now there have been few if any actual improvements?
I get that this stuff takes time, but after several years of complaining and waiting for fixes, you shouldn't get to criticize people for being impatient. If anything, ZOS should be on the line for being deaf and slow to act.

Not to mention the memory overhaul ALREADY was launched back in october, yet the memory leak persists more than ever. If this change in feb doesnt fix this games issues, im leaving for new world when it comes out. Im tired of them saving money in areas they shouldnt and spending money on things they shouldnt.
