How do I manage creating pugs for normal pugs?

So far I go to Craglorn and use the following command in the zone channel:

/zone DPS CP618 LFG nHoF or nCR

Then some people ask me via private, but in the end, always tanks or healers are missing.

Is ZoS planning a LFG tool for normal trials to make this easier and more comfortable?

PS: And yes, I am already member of a lovely guild, but I work during the night and I am not always available during scheduled runs.

Remember to mention your roles (DPS/DD Able to swap to full heals/tanks/other characters in other roles)

As far as we know Zos is not planning to add trials to the group finder. They have not said anything about it afaik.

Since we have 5 guild slots you can find a second guild that raids when you play. Also, it helps to take the initiative to form the group, especially if your schedule does not work with the guilds schedule.

You probably want to start with finding a tank then healer(s) so group isn't full of dps waiting. And then just zone for dps.

I would type lfm if you are building the grp.

To have at least a tank or/and heal makes it way more easy in the beginning.
Nhof is a long dungeon and an old/annoying one. To get a ncr grp should be not as difficult than nhof.

Dont forget to switch zones while searching:
craglorn, alinor, vvardenfell, grahtwood, stormhaven, deshaan, alikr are my favorit ones.

I am also in 2 trade guilds, which allow lfm, lfg in grp chat. That helped alot sometimes! A pool of ~400-500 active players is nice to have.

Okay, I just finished nHoF. What a nightmare if there are ego fights between players that have good ideas to deal with low DPS in general, but in the end, we've beaten the last boss. I'll avoid that trial.

Tomorrow it's time for nCR.

One thing ZOS could do is change the Guild Finder. The member count at the time you are using the tool should reflect the count of people ONLINE at the time. Not a total count of possibly people who haven't logged in for months or who play during a vastly different time window than you.
No point joining a raiding guild if at the time you play there's less than a dozen people and they are all busy doing other things.

Yay! I survied nCR! It only took 20 minutes!

Trials rule! They should be part of the group finder in normal difficulty! Hopefully, the server upgrades will allow this soon!
