Hi all

I logged an in game service request more than a week ago, and apart from the automated response email, nobody from ZOS contacted me yet?

What can one do to get the support team to read and reply to these requests???

Keep responding with your problem. From what I've been told its automated until you keep pressing the issue.

Sort of like punching zero on your phone to bypass the automated selections in favor of a real person.

I received a reply almost 2 weeks after I submitted my ticket but it was for forum support.

    respond to the automated email...
(no new ticket or something this will start it again. You need to respond. When you dont respond to the mail its solved for ZOS)

Post in customer support selection of forum with your ticket id.

IT is weird cuz ZoS support is real fast, most of time with no idea/automotic responses but they are fast

Thanks all for the replies. Weird that one should repeatedly bug them in order to get a response from a human.

    Will do so though.

ZOS replied to my help request.

It is important that one do not submit multiple request as each time a request is submitted, it appends to the earlier request and then falls back to the end of the queue, resetting the wait time.

Anyhow, thanks for assisting in resolving the issue ZOS, much appreciated.

You need to respond once to the automated email (as clearly stated by ZOS).
After that, spamming them will result in resetting your spot I queue.

The automated first reply does say that they will close the ticket if you don't respond. It can be frustrating to get one of those canned responses when you have an actual problem you need solved, but it's actually pretty understandable that they would try to close as many tickets as possible before getting a person involved.
