We need more campaigns for the EVENT! Please...

I just got kicked from the server.
And I am back in queue with 143.

I am a regular PVP player so I would like to go back in.
System kicking you out or crashes are not our fault.
I didn't even leave, system kicked me.

Why I am being punished???

And all campaigns are locked.

Pretty please we need more of these campaigns because dedicated campaign players can not get in!

What platform? PC NA had two campaigns virtually empty all day and are still sitting at 1/2 bars as we go into prime time.

Yeah I gave up on Cyrodiil. Just did a battleground repeatable for the 3 tickets and called it a day.

This is not enough. On PC EU all campaigns were pop locked and an queue for longer than an hour for the main campaigns. For some PvP'ers this meant they weren't able to play tonight, while others got kicked during server crashes and had to queue again.

Mates, it sucks when you have to queue for more than 5 minutes. Whether that’s a dungeon queue, a PvP queue or a ‘just getting into the game’ queue. It. Sucks.

ZOS continues to turn potential victories into pain points. Such a shame as there were a lot of people who wanted to try out PvP only to be kept out by the system.

When all the campaigns are pop locked for the whole evening and you don’t automatically open up new ones to cope with the demand, that’s rank bad management.

If we are taking the good points from this, it’s that clearly there is a demand for interesting, compelling PvP content. It’s up to ZOS to provide the access and infrastructure to actually allow this to happen.

Here’s hoping...

PC/EU all campaigns even Below 50 were pop locked.

Queue went up to 350+, this was insane.

And I'd be ok with it if we left it with our own decision. However being kicked from system or crash then having to queue is wrong.

Also this happened to all alliances tonight. They can confirm that all of a sudden we all crashed.
Imagine you are sieging a castle and we looked at and all EP disappeared.

Same happened to us later on while we are sieging.
Everyone got kicked.

Hopefully more campaigns will be added tomorrow, after seeing what happened today.

I jumped on early this morning, before heading to work, and just did a scouting mission for tickets. Most of the campaigns were only at one or two bars. I'm not even going to bother with my usual PVP tonight.

I was on the EU server earlier today, and the campaigns were definitely full, but I managed to get in. Then, just after I accepted a mission and started traveling to my target, I got kicked out to the character selection screen. When I logged in again, I was back in Daggerfall where I'd been when I queued for Cyrodiil and I didn't have a mission anymore.

I queued back into Cyrodiil and people were saying the server had rolled back again, so apparently it happened at least once before. Some people lost the tickets they'd just earned, but hopefully if our accounts were rolled back that meant they could earn their tickets again. The server seemed stable after that.

This is why, after the last time this event was cancelled, I couldn't understand some of the vitriol directewd my way when I asked folk what they were whinging about.

The servers are still as rs as ever, and the queues are insane as a bonus. All this for some extra experience (but I'm already 1200+cp) and some extra AP I don't need. Big whoop.

Ohh, I'm PS4 EU. Campaigns added were half full but flipped between that with people switching campaigns.

If it helps, lost about 500k ap from blue screens,black screens and server kicks....🙄. Just took me 26 minutes to get back in from being kicked and when I did get back in....no frames, skills etc until kicked again. After force shut down, clean restart etc

Midyear mayhem equates to normal amount of ap due to crashing...gg

Really feel for people that cannot even get in, regardless of platform.

Perhaps the event will be extended to try give people a fair go, like previous events.

I need the double AP. I barely have enough as it is because I’m always buying camps and siege. Also I’ve been trying to get to Prefect, maybe even to Legate.

During mayhem, there’s even less people with camps and siege for some reason.

You’d think we’d be at siege limit wherever we go but no...

Yup, I've had the same problem. You get your spot in queue and the server kicks you. Back to queue number 1234462345134, this is not fun.

Somehow I fail to understand why people just dont buy sieges. I can understand for low CP players but it's no excuse for those with rank 5/6 and above. Instead people will just dance around the few sieges and get busy killing NPC.

And I think because it was 1st day of event and everyone who doesn't PVP regularly also was in the Q, resulted in long Q for regular PVP player as well others. Hopefully i'tll get better however, weekend just might make it worse.
I'm thinking of getting in early morning rather than in evening if it helps to get in faster. In evening just do BGs, apparently, between the server kicks and half of Cyro PoP at base, it's much faster to get AP there rather in Cyro.
If it continues to Q like yesterday, we definitely need more campaigns. It was the 1st thing I said to my wife when I logged in yesterday, while she waited at 250+ position to get into main campaign and eventually giving up.

They should add a few PVE campaigns and be done with it. Then people who want to PVP dont have the campaigns clogged with people getting ganked trying to run pve quests.

If even the new campaigns were sitting pop locked with queues in the hundreds, then yes, they should consider adding more to accommodate the weekend traffic because its going to be even worse. IC is going to be packed too with all the extra people farming those style pages, 2 campaigns for that may not be enough.

Not enough campaigns on PC-EU. Last night I logged in and was at place 260 in the queue, when i stopped playing i was nr. 220 in the queue, so I never even could enter Cyro....

Gonna echo this. Adding a few more campaigns both in Cyro and IC would be great. There's not enough servers for the amount of players that are playing there atm.

I was going in and out of campaigns on PC EU a lot yesterday, from the start of the event through to about 10pm GMT, and the only ones I had long queues for were the two alliance locked campaigns. All the rest showed as full occasionally but the queue was never more than 2 minutes long.

I haven't been able to check today because I'm at work but based on that my advice is unless you really need to play on the alliance locked campaigns for some reason pick one of the others, ideally starting from the bottom of the list as those seemed to be the quietest.

There was no queue for IC luckily

But I wonder if it will cool off in a few days

Because the-once-a-ghost town IC was full and bosses were all dead

All but 2 colours in nocp were locked for over 4 hours on PC EU ~ how we supposed to get our event scrolls on our mains to even do bgs if we cant get to the quest npc?? derp zos.

PC EU, every single campaign was locked with a wait time of an hour nearly. And then you get booted so frequently because of the godawful performance you get stuck in a queue of 350 again.

Absolutely idiotic to hide the XP generating quest in Cyrodiil, when it would be just as easy to relocate Pedicant Whatserface to the Impressario’s tent. But it’s the consequence of using the same system they used before BGs existed and when IC was integrated into Cyrodiil rather than putting some thought in about potential choke points. Then the only way to do PvP was to go to Cyrodiil.

Now BGs are a thing and IC exists as a separate environment, you might have thought a little effort could have been spent thinking about the dubious benefits of keeping this bit of questy fluff locked behind the Cyrodiil queue.

Oh and for those who have done the quest before and lost their scrolls, don’t bother looking for Whatserface in the battleground camps, she’s not there either, although the battle merchants will sell you a replacement scroll if you ask them nicely enough.
