PC-NA Anyone else getting constant soft kicks - 2 days long now - every 20-30 minutes - Surveys

Since yesterday when I decided to clear out my 100's of Surveys I cannot go for more than 20-30 minutes without a kick.

The kick is very soft, I will be in the middle of a survey and all of a sudden no response to the next survey node and I know that the kick is coming.

It takes a few seconds before the kick is complete and then a soft kick back to the logon screen. No error messages.

And when I get back in of course I did not get full credit for the survey, it is gone.

This is not the old issue where the Survey would just suddenly glitch and give you all the nodes at once without having to click the rest.

I do not see or hear anyone else at the Survey, and Surveys are instanced for each character so it shouldn't be a bot issue.

Since the last big patch this happens to me every 5 minutes. It took me half an hour this morning just to get logged in (kept getting disconnected during character load). When I finally got a character loaded I only managed to pick a few pockets before getting kicked. This makes me very sad. I love this game, but performance has been [snip] since the last big patch. I can't even participate in group content because of this. I've been playing since beta and for the first time I'm actually considering leaving the game. It's really nothing more more than an under-performing cash shop now. :'(

I did a bunch of surveys this weekend... no issues. Also had no crashing/issues just in general. Game is more stable now than it's been in a while, honestly.

Something is going on for sure, the mail isnt working 100% either, sometimes gives errors when trying to send mail to ppl, something about attachments or player not found, and i could swear i had send this recipe to a friend when it magically spawned in my bags again. This happened last night, after the xtra maint. Also getting instant mail, without changing zones, what magic is this!

I'm not having any of those issues at all. Running surveys right now, no troubles like those, or random disconnects either.

Maybe y'all having those problems should list your ISPs. If most of you are on Xfinity or Frontier or another major player, that could be part of it.

Yes, I'm getting some disconnects and I am way more lagged than usual. Connection seems fine with other stuff, but very bad at ESO.

I'm having issues too on and off, and I'm in a tiny European country I doubt much of anyone here has the same provider I do. The last wewk or so have been very ridiculous, mail won't show at all and I have to relog several times to get it, sudden out od nowhere the game turn into a slide show and skills won't fire off at all, something that has never happened to me before (yes I know I'm lucky). Takes a full two seconds or so to mount. And sometimes the game will stop reacting entirely and I'll be dumped to login screen.

PS4 EU - entire population of Kaal got kicked to character select screen last night too .. 3 bars on all 3 alliances, all kicked.

On PC-NA I haven’t done any surveys so am not sure about that. However Cyrodiil was crashed a couple times Tuesday night with a mini roll backs. It was the whole server, not individual players disconnecting.

Started getting them a couple of days ago

Weird thing is that it begins by disabling run and interact but I can still kill enemies with skills and I get the xp, I just can’t loot

After that nothing happens, I am stuck in this limbo until I select log out of character at which point I end up back at the eso log in screen. Then when I log in I’m on the exact spot I left so I must have still been conected when I left...

Also the game has developed a tedious habit of starting the last page of a conversation then skipping it a fraction of a second later. Really annoying as it effectively removed the end of the rivenspire zone by doing this at the end of the varandis storyline

Other online games work fine, so does the internet, whatever it is it’s on ZOS end

I haven't been getting kicked, but ever since the maintenance on 1/20 my ping has been high and fluctuating constantly on both PCNA and PTS (connecting from US West Coast). Traceroutes haven't indicated anything suspicious from my ISP, and this wasn't a problem before maintenance.

This has been happening to me all day today since the event started. Constantly getting booted back to the login screen. Sometimes I can just log back in but others I get a message saying my account is already logged in.

yes yes athousand times yes its been going on for a month now. i get constantly kicked back to the login screen and i have teied everything. reinstalling my gpu drivers, reinstalling eso turning off my addons turning off avast everything *** sucks fam half of me thinks its my internet but its been a month and this *** is terrible oh my god and when i try to log back in it mocks me with error 304 this account is already logged in. jesus h christ man. vent over

This has been occurring during heavy pvp battles for me -- game randomly disconnects from the server and just stops. This is getting to beyond frustrating and needs some attention ASAP.

ZOS please address this issue - it is preventing gameplay.

EDIT** -- Chat still works as I wait for the game to boot me. This is now happening every 5 minutes in cyrodil.... please address this asap.

I get disconnected just reading about combat in zone, much less actually engaging in it. Then, of course, I’m “already logged in” for ten minutes and lose my place. What a traveshamockery. Maybe divert some yacht money from the mothership and fix something for a change.

Impossible!

A certain PC user on this forum says this type of thing never happens on PC, or it's a dirty fan or something if it does happen. It's never Zos's fault, it's your hardware! There's never any PC issues despite the fact about 85% of people who use this forum also play on PC.

This happens quite a bit in the mayhem event. Get soft kicked and then when you log in you are booted from the campaign with the huge ques to look forward to.

It will get addressed.......... soon .....er it wont, its now a feature

For the past week my game has been an absolute nightmare to play

Latency spiking from 350-999+ every few minutes - when I dismount I sprint super fast
Can't interact with doors, dialogues etc
Weapons/ abilities not firing on time.
Logouts
Can't find game manifests
Error 200s
disconnects when changing zone

This happens to me often. Actually it’s nothing new — it’s been happening for months. I get both types (hard and soft?). In the first case the game crashes suddenly to the desktop. In the second, time seems to stop all around me — my character can still move, but I can’t interact with anyone or anything. If I’m playing with my husband, he says my character is just standing there doing nothing (or getting killed if we’re in a dungeon). Then after a couple of minutes, I am logged out.
